Centrally located in Jesmond Newcastle upon Tyne the apartment is nestled in a quiet residential street close to a wide range of boutiques shops bars and restaurants. Newcastle s city centre is a short level walk away (or you can hop on the Metro) where you can enjoy world class culture award winning dining fantastic shopping and for the more adventurous vibrant nightlife. Both Northumbria and Newcastle University are also just a short walk from the apartment or you can take the metro from Jesmond Metro station and travel one stop to the universities. Enter the ground floor apartment via a smart communal entrance. Inside there is a light and spacious lounge with TV ornamental fireplace (not for use). The kitchen/diner offers contemporary facilities including electric oven and induction hub microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. The good-size master bedroom has a king-size bed and original window shutters and a further twin bedroom. The shower room offers large wet-room style shower and WC. Heading outside there is a small lawned area to the front of the property for the sole use of the guests. There is parking for one car at the front of the property with a permit supplied by the owners.
