The property is in a superb location with access from Battery Lane and also the main car park via a side gate. Polruan is a small fishing village in the parish of Lanteglos-by-Fowey in Cornwall. It is bounded on three sides by water. The village has two pubs and a passenger ferry that will take you across to Fowey. The neighbouring village of Bodinnick to the north is connected by a four mile walk along the hill tops. Further afield there are plenty of places to visit and things to do why not visit the tall ships at Charlestown take the brewery tour in St Austell or visit the Eden project and/or the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Also for those interested in stately homes why not visit Lanhydrock near Bodmin. Enter the property into porchway with ample storage which leads through into the kitchen/diner which comes equipped with electric oven and hob microwave washing machine dishwasher fridge freezer TV and the dining tables with seats six. There is also a feature AGA (no longer in use) . Through to the hallway is a separate WC and a double room with en suite shower and hand basin. Heading upstairs to the first floor where the remainder of the bedrooms and lounge can be found. The bedrooms consist of a double bedroom with sea views and a bunk bedroom better suited to children. There is also a family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. The final room of the property is the lounge with two sofas TV DVD and balcony with seating and views of the sea across to Ready Money Cove. Heading outside from the kitchen is a small patio/ decked area and a small grassed area further down the path. There is parking for two cars in front of the property. Beach pub and shops within walking distance. TV and DVD in lounge, 1 TV in kitchen.. The access road to the cottage is via an un made road, lower vehicles might find this difficult. . Polruan is a quaint little village situated on a very steep hill, so access to some parts of the village can be challenging.. Many of the amenities, ferries and cottages in Polruan are accessed via steps some of which can be steep. Please contact us if you have specific requirements.. There are many small winding streets lower down in the village, that are not suitable for cars..
