Situated within the English Riviera town of Brixham the town has a long standing maritime history with the harbour and offers visitors a choice of boat trips from relaxing tours of Torbay accompanied fishing trips and a regular service across the bay to the resort town of Torquay. Also worth a visit is the Berry Head National Nature Reserve. There is plenty to see and do from beaches to restaurants and even a fascinating replica of Sir Francis Drake s ship The Golden Hind and the Shoalstone open air seawater lido. Further afield the towns of Paignton and Torquay are also popular destinations with visitors and other attractions include the beaches a zoo an aquarium and a steam railway which runs through the Dart Valley. You will also find a convenient shower room with a shower and WC great for those guests using the two first floor bedrooms or perfect following your day at the beach. Heading up the stairs to the second floor you will find the main kitchen dining room and bathroom. The kitchen comes well-equipped with an electric oven and gas hob fridge/freezer microwave dishwasher washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining room offers seating for eight guests and the most spectacular views of Brixham whilst you enjoy your meals. The bathroom offers a shower over bath and WC. Heading up the final set of stairs to the third floor where you will find two further bedrooms. A double which once again offers beautiful views across Brixham and across the landing a twin which boast its very own en-suite shower and WC. Venture outside to the beautiful south facing rear decked area which offers superb views over the town and has been furnished with a table and chairs a great space to enjoy your morning coffee or dine al fresco. The property offers two off-road parking spaces one is located next to the church and the other on the sea front both are within a short walk of the property. Brixham is busy fishing village situated on a very steep hill, so access to some parts of the village can be challenging.. There are many small winding streets that are not suitable for cars, therefore many properties in Brixham do not have private parking. However, alternative parking is available in local carparks..
