This delightful cottage nestles in the charming village of Gresham an ideal base for exploring all that Norfolk has to offer. The beautiful coast is a short drive away and the cottage is ideally situated for discovering the stunning Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The traditional seaside town of Sheringham has a lovely beach pubs cafes tea rooms and a steam railway which takes you through to Holt. Nearby attractions include Felbrigg Hall Blickling Hall and RSPB Titchwell. The popular seaside resort of Cromer is just 5 miles away and there are many attractive villages to explore nearby including Wells-next-the-Sea Blakeney Overstrand Mundesley and Little Walsingham. Great Yarmouth and the Norfolk Broads are also within driving distance. On entering this welcoming and delightful holiday cottage through the hallway you will find yourself in the tastefully decorated and spacious lounge/diner. With plenty of comfy seating TV/DVD and an electric log effect woodburner this is an ideal space to relax in after a wonderful day spent exploring this beautiful area. There s also a telephone for incoming and emergency calls. You will also find a charming dining area. Heading into the kitchen you will find it fully equipped with everything you may need including an electric oven and hob washing machine microwave and a fridge with ice compartment. Exploring this lovely single-level property further you will find a cosy double bedroom. There is also a bathroom complete with a bath with a hair washing attachment (please note no shower) and a WC. Stepping outside you will find a safe and enclosed wooded garden which is full of quirky features and interestingly shaped trees. Off-road parking is available for one car.
