This beach hut is located right on the beach in Wells-next-the-Sea a perfect way to spend your days at the seaside before returning to your holiday home each evening. Wells-next-the-sea is a pretty harbour town on the North Norfolk coast. The town has plenty to offer visitors with a good range of shops cafes and restaurants and a pretty fishing quay where holidaymakers can be seen crabbing and from where it is possible to join one of the local boat trips either around the salt marshes or out into the harbour. The beach itself is a fantastic sandy beach which is ideal for sunbathing paddling swimming and playing beach games and is part of the expansive Holkham Estate which ensures that the beach is maintained to a high standard throughout the year. Wooden steps lead from the beach up to the door of this pretty beach hut with the vantage point offering fantastic views of the beach. There is comfortable seating inside giving guests the perfect place to retire from the sun or the odd spot of inclement weather. The thoughtful owners have included everything that guests will need to enjoy their day bedside the sea including a single gas hob (for which extra canisters are provided) a kettle saucepan plates and cutlery. They have also provided plenty of beach equipment too such as deckchairs a windbreak and beach toys. Please note that overnight stays are not permitted in the beach huts and the rental terms run from 4pm on the day of arrival to 11am on the departure day. The beach hut is located on a dog-free section of the beach and therefore dogscannot be accommodated. Guests should be aware that there is no running water or WC. There is parking available close by in the public car park. Please note that the stairs leading up to the beach hut are quite steep.
