This lovely property enjoys a fantastic location on the edge of the popular fishing harbour of Brancaster Staithe a lovely village which offers plenty of opportunities for sailing. There are plenty of delightful towns and villages along the coast including Burnham Market Hunstanton Wells-next-the-Sea and Heacham. Further inland you could visit pretty market towns including Holt Fakenham and the medieval pilgrim village of Little Walsingham. You can take a trip on the Wells and Walsingham Light Railway or explore numerous beautiful nature reserves including those at Snettisham Titchwell and Blakeney or explore the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Nearby attractions include Pensthorpe Natural Park Houghton Hall the 25 000 acre Holkham Estate and the royal residence at Sandringham. On entering this light and spacious holiday home which is set in a quiet cul-de-sac you will find yourself in the bright and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With plenty of comfy seating TV and DVD the lounge makes an ideal space to relax in after a brilliant day out. You will also find a charming dining area for up to six guests. Moving into the attractively designed kitchen you will find it fully equipped with an electric oven microwave dishwasher fridge/freezer and washing machine. Exploring this delightful property further you will find a lovely sun room with views out to the garden. Going upstairs to the first floor you will find three cosy bedrooms. There s a double room a twin room and a further double room with a small 4 foot bed. You will also find a bathroom complete with a shower over the P-shaped bath and a WC. Stepping outside there s a small lawn area to the front of the house. The rear garden has a patio area lawn and shrubs and is enclosed on three sides with a netting fence available allowing a temporary enclosure to be created. Off-road parking for three cars is available to the side of the house. There is also space for parking a boat and trailer. The harbour is just a couple of minutes away.
