Enjoying a quiet countryside location nestled amongst four other similar properties this stable conversion cottage is an excellent choice for those who love spending time by the water be that on the beach on the Broads or spotting sealife. The village of Happisburgh with its large secluded bay is just a few minutes drive from the property whilst those who are looking for a livelier day at the seaside with a choice of places to eat seaside entertainment and large sandy beaches may want to go a little further afield to Cromer or Great Yarmouth. For a different kind of daytrip the beach in the village of Sea Palling which lies just a ten-minute drive from the property is home to a seal colony which can often be seen on the beach during the winter months. Stepping inside this attractive property guests first come to the open-plan living space which comprises a lounge/kitchen/diner and is a wonderfully light-filled space which has been finished in chic understated tones. In the lounge area the futon sofa can be converted to a double bed and there is also a TV/DVD in the lounge and wood burner-effect electric fire. The dining table which sits in the sunny window seats four beyond which the kitchen comes equipped with an oven hob microwave fridge/freezer and washing machine. Two doors off from the living area lead through to the wet room and the bathroom. The wet room offers an accessible shower and WC whilst the bedroom is a restful retreat with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. Patio doors from the living area open onto the cottage s own patio with garden furniture and a BBQ which gives guests a private space to enjoy alfresco dining. In addition to this there is a shared paddock which offers plenty of space to enjoy leisure time and for which games equipment can be borrowed from the owners. Finally the icing on the cake is the Scandinavian-style sauna which offers guests the perfect place to relax at the end of a busy day of sightseeing. There is off-road parking provided for two cars.
