The quaint and welcoming village of Paston sits along the coast road between Bacton and Mundesley and is just a short drive from some of Norfolk s most beautiful sandy beaches. This is an ideal base for exploring the villages countryside and coast of the north-eastern parts of the county. The lovely market town of North Walsham is just a few miles away and hosts a popular farmers market. You can enjoy a boat trip which will take you to the heart of the Norfolk Broads in under half an hour. The traditional seaside town of Cromer and the historic city of Norwich are within easy reach. A little further afield are the famous seaside resorts of Great Yarmouth and Caister-on-Sea. On entering this lovely comfortable and tastefully furnished semi-detached holiday cottage you will find yourself in the light and airy open-plan lounge/diner. With plenty of comfy seating TV/DVD and a traditional wood burner the bright and inviting lounge is an ideal space to relax in at the end of a wonderful day. You will also find a charming dining area. Heading into the attractively designed kitchen you will find it fully equipped with an electric double oven microwave dishwasher and a fridge. Going up to the first floor you will find two cosy but spacious bedrooms: there s one double room with a television and a twin room. You will also find a bathroom complete with a roll top bath freestanding electric shower and WC. Stepping outside there is a delightful small front garden with flowers and shrubs. To the rear is a paved courtyard garden with flower border garden furniture and a BBQ. There is also a large shed where you can store bicycles also has a washing machine and off-road parking is available for two cars.
