This family home set over three floors offers charming accommodation. A short walk to the village of Instow with breath-taking views across the estuary across to the fishing and shipbuilding village of Appledore it s the perfect base to make many happy memories. The golden sands are within walking distance so all the family even your four-legged friends can enjoy a day upon the sands. Fancy a night out then you don t have to go far as the village offers a wealth of pubs and restaurants which boast spectacular views whilst you dine. A must visit is to the local deli/cafe where you can purchase freshly baked bread local smoked fish homemade quiches cakes and much more. You enter this Victorian end terrace property through the front door and are greeted with a lounge/diner with comfy seating for six Smart TV/DVD and a gas fire for the cooler months this room leads out to a sunroom which offers a quiet retreat and gives access to the enclosed rear patio garden. The kitchen offers an Aga dishwasher and fridge there is also a plug in two ring hob and a combination microwave for additional cooking options. In the sunroom you will find a fridge/freezer and within the handy ground floor WC you will find a washer/dryer. Heading upstairs to the first floor where there are three bedrooms including 1 double 1 single room (with double bed) and steps down to a further single room with TV. A bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC completes the accommodation on this floor. Moving on upstairs to the second floor where you will find the master bedroom with king-size bed with TV and an en-suite shower room with shower and WC. Stepping outside there is a pretty rear courtyard patio area with garden furniture ideal for your morning coffee. There is roadside parking nearby and is subject to availability.
