Your spacious property is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac close to the town s pubs shops and restaurants while a 30-minute walk along the coast takes you to Holkham s breathtaking beach and nature reserve. You open the front door into a hallway where you ll find a separate WC and a door into the roomy lounge. Sofas a Smart TV iPod docking station and CD enable you to unwind here in comfort and style with an electric flame-effect burner providing the warmth on those cooler evenings. Through an archway is the sunny dining room with a table and seating for eight plus another sofa and plenty of books and games for traditional entertainment.
