South Creake is a pretty village just a few miles from Burnham Market. With a delightful village green and a church admired by John Betjeman this is the quintessential English village. South Creake is also home to the Yorke Trust and the renowned North Norfolk Music Festival. Close to the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty this is a perfect base for nature-lovers cyclists walkers and birdwatchers to explore. Nearby is an Iron Age fort on Bloodgate Hill and a Saxon church at Waterden. Popular attractions nearby include RSPB Titchwell Marsh Blakeney Point and the Holkham Estate. Popular market towns and villages including King s Lynn Great Massingham Hunstanton and Fakenham are all within easy reach. On entering this wonderful cottage which is set in an acre of beautiful private garden the front porch leads you into a large reception hall with an open fireplace. From here you can go into the bright and welcoming lounge which is an ideal space to relax in with plenty of comfy seating TV/DVD and a lovely open fire. Exploring further you will find a spacious and stylishly designed kitchen/diner. With oak floors a charming dining area and comfortable seating this is the hub of the house. You will find the elegant kitchen is fully equipped with an oven microwave fridge freezer and dishwasher. This delightful room enjoys views over the garden with a full width sliding glass door leading onto the patio. The ground floor also features a lovely children s playroom with plenty of toys and games and a useful boot room which houses the washing machine. You will also find a comfy double bedroom (which can be made into a twin on request) and a shower room complete with WC. Going up to the first floor you will find five further cosy bedrooms. There s a large master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room complete with WC. There are also two twin rooms and a double bedroom which is next door to a shower room with WC. You will also find a beach hut style twin room and a bathroom complete with bath and WC. Stepping outside you can relax and dine al fresco in the lovely large enclosed private garden with mature shrubs trees and roses and plenty of garden furniture. There is plenty of grass for children to play safely. Ample off-road parking is available for up to four cars.
