Located within Lanteglos Highway which is north of the parish Lanteglos-by-Fowey and is close to Bodinnick and Polruan which is an ancient fishing village famous for its boat building heritage. Perfectly positioned on the Fowey river estuary which is a thriving centre for fishing seafaring shipbuilding and agriculture. This remoteness gives the area an unspoilt charm with its narrow streets with two village pubs and a passenger ferry that will take you across to Fowey. Further afield there are plenty of places to visit and things to do why not visit the tall ships at Charlestown take the brewery tour in St Austell or visit the Eden project and/or the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Also for those interested in stately homes why not visit Lanhydrock in Bodmin. Enter into this property where everything is conveniently on one level. You will find the cottage style kitchen equipped with electric oven hob microwave fridge and a chest freezer in the adjoining panty.
