This property is located on the road leading to the beach in the pretty town of Wells-next-the-Sea on the beautiful North Norfolk coast. The town is understandably popular with visitors to the area thanks to its good choice of shops and places to eat and its fantastic location on the edge of the magnificent Holkham Estate which covers an impressive 25 000 acres of parkland beaches and coastal pine forests. Visitors may like to join one of the boat rides which leave from the town s quay and offer trips around the harbour or on wildlife-spotting trips through the saltmarshes. The town s beach is located around 1 mile from the town centre and is a spectacular sandy beach backed by prettily coloured beach huts. Guests enter this property through a rear door which opens directly into the kitchen/diner. This spacious room has a large dining table in the centre of the space and offers a good range of equipment including an oven hob microwave fridge dishwasher and washing machine. A door leads through to a hallway off from which the lounge is a comfortable room with a cosy atmosphere furnished with a choice of armchairs and an inviting sofa. There is a TV and a CD player as well as a flame-effect gas fire in the original Victorian fireplace. Returning to the hallway guests will pass the cloakroom with WC on their way to the stairs which take them to the bedrooms on the first floor. The first of these is a king-size room with a comfortable armchair and its own TV/DVD. The second bedroom a twin is situated to the rear of the property and benefits from a Juliet balcony offering far-reaching views to the coastal pinewoods. The bathroom can also be found on this floor and offers a shower-over-bath and WC. Outside the property offers a modestly-sized rear garden which has a patio seating with garden furniture beyond which there is a small lawn area. There is a shared driveway which offers one off-road parking for guests staying at this property.
