This barn conversion property enjoys a tranquil countryside location in the grounds of the owners property surrounded by their paddocks and stables. There is a local village shop just over a mile away and also a pub within a mile making it perfect for enjoying a leisurely walk in the evening. The Georgian town of Holt which is located six miles north of the property has some beautiful examples of Georgian architecture as well as a good range of shops and places to eat. Travelling a little further north brings visitors to the North Norfolk coast an attractive coastline with a wealth of sandy beaches pretty harbour towns and a nature reserve which is home to a group of grey seals. There really is something for everyone and your stay can be as action-packed or relaxing as you like. Guests approach this single-storey property across the courtyard to the front door which opens into a hallway off from which is the spacious lounge/diner. This stunning room is the true heart of the property and is a wonderfully light-filled space with windows running along the width of the room and a beamed ceiling. The dining table which seats six is situated close to the windows whilst the lounge area has a range of comfortable seating as well as a cosy wood burner and a Smart TV/DVD. Returning to the hallway guests will find three more doors one which opens into the bathroom with its shower-over-bath and WC one leading into the utility room and a third belonging to the kitchen. This is another attractive room which has been finished to a high-standard with skylight windows and an excellent range of equipment including an oven hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher whilst the washing machine and tumble dyer are kept in the adjacent utility room. The property s two bedrooms are situated across the lounge the first of which is a gorgeous double with a beamed ceiling built-in wardrobe and a sleek and stylish en-suite shower room with shower and WC. The second bedroom a twin again has exposed beams and a built-in wardrobe. To the front of the property there is a courtyard area which is ideal for sitting out and enjoying the peace and tranquillity of the surroundings. There is garden furniture provided so guests may like to enjoy alfresco dining during the warmer months of the year. There is off-road parking for two cars.
