This barn conversion property is located in the grounds of the owners manège in the North Norfolk countryside in the village of Grimston which has a handy village shop and welcoming pub. To the west of the property the town of Kings Lynn is an historic port town with some stunning architecture a contemporary art gallery and an excellent range of restaurants cafes and bars. There is also a range of boat trips which can be enjoyed from the town s harbour including seal spotting trips harbour tours and self-drive boat hire. The nearest sandy beach is located ten miles to the north of the property at the seaside resort of Hunstanton and is the perfect location to enjoy a relaxing day at the beach with plenty of space to play swim paddle and sunbathe. This single-storey barn conversion property is one of two which occupy this semi-detached former barn.
