This property is located in the attractive Norfolk countryside away from main roads and surrounded by rolling fields. The tranquil location makes it ideal for those who want to enjoy a relaxed low-key holiday away from the hustle and bustle of some of the county s busier resort towns. The coast lies within fifteen miles of the property giving visitors a choice of beaches nature reserves and pretty seaside towns and villages including Cromer Wells-next-the-Sea and Hunstanton. There are also many beautiful stately homes and estates in the area perhaps most notably those at Sandringham and Holkham which are both wonderful places to enjoy a daytrip. Two steps lead up to the front door although there is a ramp which can be made available for those who need it. Once inside guests can make themselves at home in the light-filled open-plan living area which has a kitchen to one side with a lounge area opposite. In the lounge area there is an inviting sofa as well as an easy chair from where guests can enjoy a relaxed evening in front of the TV/DVD. A dining table seating two sits beside a window looking out over the front of the property whilst the kitchen area is well-equipped offering an oven hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher. At the far end of the living space a corridor area the is a bedroom and a wet room each having a sliding door. The bedroom has been simply yet stylishly furnished with a double bed and wardrobe whilst across the hall the wet room offers a shower and WC. Outside the cottage benefits from an enclosed courtyard garden for which there is a BBQ and table and chairs provided making it an attractive spot for sitting out and enjoying the tranquil surroundings over alfresco drinks. There is off-road parking available for a car. Need to know: 1 double bedroom. Wet room with shower and WC. TV/DVD. Oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Owner happy to do any washing required during guest stay. (Prior to arrangement). Electric, and heating included. Towels available to hire. 2 dogs welcome Wel behaved to be kept under control and on a lead outside of the courtyard). Off road parking for a car. Enclosed courtyard.. Pub 2 miles, shop 4 miles, beach 15 miles. Set on a working farm. During peak weeks the minimum stay is 5 nights.
