Perfectly located for touring Cornwall this detached cosy cottage is tucked away just off the road in to the heart of Par. Which has 2 pubs shops and a year-round dog-friendly beach is only a short walk from the property. If you d rather leave your car at home while you explore the area the mainline railway station is also a short walk and good bus links are offered to all main attractions. Nearby the magnificent Eden Project is definitely one to add to the activity list the giant tropical and Mediterranean biospheres. To experience the unspoilt charm of Cornwall pull on your walking boots and enjoy the many idyllic picnic spots found in its wild and wonderful coastline or its beautiful tranquil countryside. Enter this delightful property into the hallway leading through to the lounge. The lounge is the perfect spot to cosy up and watch a film on the TV/DVD and keep warm with the electric fire. The kitchen area is a great place to whip up a three course meal or a light snack it come equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Once the meal is prepared head through to the dining room which can cater for six people. There is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Once the day is done climb the stairs to the first floor where you will find 4 bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms over looking the garden a twin bedroom and a nursery with a cot and changing area. There is also a snug area on the landing perfect for teenagers with TV DVD and Playstation. Outside there is a large enclosed garden ideal for children and dogs to run around and play in as well as paved sitting area where you can enjoy a glass of something special after the kids are in bed or a family BBQ. Private parking available for up to 3 cars. Outdoor table and chairs are available in the outhouse .
