This stunning gem of a property is situated in a picture postcard row of cottages on the outskirts of Sedbergh in the Yorkshire Dales. The area is awash with walks cycle routes and stunning scenery making it the perfect place to either relax and unwind or go on an adventure! You can explore the lovely valleys of Dentdale and Barbondale go for a leisurely stroll down to the nearby river or go sightseeing in the many welcoming pretty dales villages. The short drive to the Lake District is certainly a worthwhile trip to take whilst staying at the cottage. You may however choose to leave the car at home and walk into the village to explore its many excellent pubs cafes and shops whilst meeting the friendly locals. Entry leads directly into the welcoming lounge area with its wonderful cosy log burner making it the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Sit back and catch up on your favourite programmes on the cottage s television or enjoy a glass of wine whilst reading a good book. You also have a lovely two seater oak dining table and chairs that is in keeping with the other quality items throughout the cottage. The well equipped kitchen is directly next to the lounge and boasts an electric oven & hob a fridge with built in freezer compartment a microwave and everything else you ll need during your stay. You can enjoy the view out to the seating area and hills beyond through the kitchen window. As you move to the second floor you will find a very attractive bedroom with beautiful touches all around and a stunning view to boot. Right next door is the lovely tiled bathroom with shower over bath and WC again with stunning views. From the back door you enter the outside space which benefits from fantastic views of meadows and fells from the raised seating area for two. A wonderful spot to enjoy al fresco dining and drinks whilst watching the sunset. There is also the added benefit of a private off road parking space for one car directly across from the property making loading and unloading a doddle.
