Wells-next-the-Sea is a beautiful harbour town situated on the North Norfolk coast and has become somewhat of a destination for those looking for a chic holiday resort. The town s quay offers a range of boat trips which are lovely way to spend an afternoon either cruising around the harbour or touring the peaceful marshes which lie to the east of the town. Just outside the town itself Wells beach is a perfect expanse of fine sand backed by cool pinewoods and a string of colourful beach huts. At low tide it is possible to walk around to Holkham Bay a huge beach which featured in the film Shakespeare in Love and belongs to the vast Holkham estate and the manor house at Holkham Hall. Arriving at this bungalow guests will come first to the hallway which leads into the dual-aspect lounge/diner. This sunny room offers guests a pleasant place in which to relax and unwind with a choice of comfortable seating a TV/DVD and a dining table seating up to four guests. The kitchen is situated just along the hallway looking over the garden and is equipped with an oven hob microwave fridge freezer and washing machine. The property has two bedrooms the first of which is a double room with plenty of space to store clothes in the wardrobe and chest of drawers. The second bedroom meanwhile is a bright room with twin beds and a TV/DVD which is only suitable for playing DVDs. The owners have even provided a large box of Lego too which is bound to be a hit with younger guests. The bathroom has been finished with a seaside theme and offers a shower-over-bath next to which there is a separate cloakroom with WC. To the rear of the property guests will find an enclosed garden to the rear of the property. The lawn is bordered by mature shrubs beyond which there is a shingled seating area with garden furniture and a BBQ. There is off-road parking for two cars on the front driveway. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 twin and 1 double. 1 bathroom with shower over bath and separate WC. Wifi. TV/DVD, plus additional set in the twin room. Oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and washing machine. Electric and heating included. Bed linen & towels provided. 2 dogs welcome. Board games and books. Off road parking for 2 cars. Gas central heating. Pubs and shops within walking distance, beach 1.5 miles.
