This apartment enjoys a fantastic location in Harrogate town centre within a half-mile radius of all that this fascinating historic town has to offer. Of course Harrogate is perhaps best-known for its history as a spa town and visitors will not want to miss the opportunity to spend a day at the opulent Turkish Baths where they can relax in the steam rooms lounge and lunge pool. The famous Bettys Tearooms is also just 0.2 miles from the apartment making it almost impossible not to be tempted by their delicious afternoon tea. Just outside the town meanwhile the beautifully tended gardens of RHS Harlow Carr just 2 miles away are a fantastic way to spend a relaxing day outside. Upon entering the communal hallway on the ground floor of this apartment building guests will find both a staircase and lift which lead up to the apartment itself on the second floor. Once inside they will that the apartment has been thoughtfully styled throughout to create an attractive holiday property. The main living area comprising an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a spacious light-filled room which has the lounge area to one side of the room and the kitchen to the other. There is a large corner sofa to relax on as well as an additional sofa which converts to a sofa-bed and can be used to accommodate two extra guests. A TV and surround-sound system provide the entertainment at the end of a busy day of sightseeing whilst the dining table which seats six is the perfect spot to enjoy leisurely meals. The kitchen which is finished in a sleek contemporary style is well-equipped with an oven hob microwave fridge freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms in the apartment the first of which has a super-king-size bed and can be made up as a twin on request at the point of booking. This room benefits from an en-suite shower room with a shower and WC whilst the main bathroom offers a bath-over-shower and WC. The second bedroom meanwhile is a king-size room which can also be made up as twin room on request at the point of booking this time with slightly smaller sized 26 beds. There is roadside parking close to the property or alternatively guests may prefer to use nearby public car parks. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 super king and 1 king size, both of which can be made up as twin rooms on request, at the point of booking.
