Located on the outskirts of the charming Kent village of Appledore and set on the Romney Marsh this pretty shepherd s hut is within easy reach of the local antique shops village store and popular pub and tea shop. The historic market towns of Tenterden and Rye are close by offering boutique shopping as is the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty which boasts an abundance of beautiful walks and scenery. This is a fantastic base from which to explore the many local vineyards gardens and historic houses as well as the Kent and East Sussex coastline with the soft golden sand of Camber only ten miles away. Leading through a private garden area and up a couple of steps you are met with this delightful shepherds hut perfect for a luxurious romantic glamping experience. Entering the property you will find to the left the snug sleeping area with a king-size bed and wall mounted Smart TV/DVD and radio/iPod dock perfect for listening to music and plenty of storage space. There is a dining table with seating and a wood burner perfect for cosy nights in underfloor heating ensures you re always warm and toasty. The kitchen area is well-equipped with an electric oven and two ring hob fridge with ice compartment and butlers sink. The shepherd s hut is complete with an en-suite shower room with shower and WC. Venturing outside to the private garden with a table and chairs where you can enjoy watching buzzards fly over whlist the neighbouring sheep roam around their fully fenced field. This is a perfect area for al fresco dining with a charcoal BBQ provided or perhaps enjoy a nice glass of wine or a good local ale. There is private parking available nearby. Need to know: 1 sleeping area king size. 1 shower room. Electric oven and two ring hob, fridge with ice compartment. Wood burner (all logs included). Electric and electric underfloor heating included. Private parking for 1 car. Wi Fi included. 1 dog welcome please be aware that there is livestock in the adjacent field and dogs need to be kept under control at all times. Shop, pub and tearoom within walking distance. Charcoal BBQ available. Smart TV/DVD, radio and iPod dock. The owner will allow a tent to be pitched beside the property for additional guests if required please note tent and equipment are not provided.
