A short stroll takes you to the beautiful two miles of golden sands great for those who enjoy the sun and surf and from here you can also enjoy some spectacular cliff-top walking along the South West Coastal Path. The town itself also offers an array of amenities including a championship golf course tennis courts alongside a great selection of independent shops pubs and restaurants. The nearby town of Bideford provides a pannier market and from its pretty quayside you can enjoy a trip to Lundy Island on the famous Oldenburg. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include the picture postcard fishing villages of Appledore and Clovelly Instow Hartland Abbey and Quay Tapeley Park The Big Sheep The Milky Way RHS Rosemoor and Dartington Crystal. The contemporary apartment is accessed via a standard internal staircase but once in the apartment it is all on one level. The spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is light and bright and teases you with side views of the nearby ocean. The Smart TV and comfortable sofas allow for cosy nights in whilst the kitchen/diner area is well-equipped and has everything you will need to cook a three course meal or a light snack with an electric oven and hob microwave and fridge/freezer. Walking back through the hallway there are two bedrooms one double and one twin room. The bathroom completes the accommodation and has a shower over the bath and WC. There is no outside space but the beach burrows and children s play park area are all within a short walk. Pay and display car park or roadside parking available nearby.
