Located in the centre of the sought after Norfolk village of Thornham this property enjoys uninterrupted views of the picturesque church. The village shop two popular pubs and a pizza restaurant are all within walking distance while a fantastic farm shop is just a short drive along the coast road. Together with a wide array of local produce Drove Orchards also boasts a Yurt restaurant serving delicious food in a quirky and cosy environment. The beaches at Brancaster Thornham and Holme are all within easy driving distance as is the Titchwell Marsh RSPB reserve. Inside this property is homely and welcoming with exposed beams and charming cottage windows throughout. The kitchen/diner is a sunny space with wooden floorboards shaker style units and a round dining table to seat four. The kitchen contains an electric oven and hob microwave washer/dryer fridge with ice compartment and digital radio to add ambience to mealtimes. The sitting room next door is warm and welcoming with comfortable sofas a wood burner TV/DVD digital radio and iPod dock. There is also a selection of toys and games for those rainy days and evenings in. Also on the ground floor is a modern bathroom with overhead shower and heated towel rail. Upstairs there are two beautifully presented bedrooms one double with pretty dressing table feature fireplace and plenty of storage and one twin with occasional chairs. There is a further WC with basin on the first floor. To the front of the cottage is a quaint garden with beautifully stocked beds seating and a shed for storing bikes push chairs and a small windsurfer. There is parking around the corner from the cottage or opposite by the church.
