Renovated in December 2018 the apartment is situated in Eastbourne town centre in the Little Chelsea area with its reputation of being the artisan area of the town. Boasting a fantastic range of bars restaurants and many local independent shops it is the ideal place for enjoying a spot of lunch after browsing the shops. Keen theatre goers can enjoy a wide range of shows at the many theatres located nearby and the beach is within walking distance. Enjoy exploring the National Trust Visitor Centre at Birling Gap and the South Downs with its wide range of cycle paths and foot paths great for keen walkers. The nearby towns of Hastings Bexhill and Brighton make for great days out and other attractions nearby include Drusillas Park Beachy Head and Herstmonceux Castle.
