About Braunton Holiday House

Situated in the attractive village of Braunton with its array of shops restaurants pubs and takeaways in fact guests need never cook if they fancy taking a break from the daily chores. Just outside the town is Braunton Burrows England s largest sand dune system which provides a lovely backdrop for scenic seaside walks. Just a short drive away Saunton Sands boasts an expansive sandy beach popular with families and surfers and further afield sand sea and surf can be enjoyed at Woolacombe Croyde and Putsborough. Walking enthusiasts will also be spoilt for choice with the nearby South West Coast Path or Exmoor National Park. Other places of interest close by include Barnstaple Ilfracombe and Exmoor Zoo to name but a few. Upon entering the beautiful single-storey accommodation you are greeted with a light and airy hall the perfect place for storing coats and sandy shoes after a day on the beach. From here enter the lounge/kitchen/diner a great open-plan space. In the lounge area you can relax on the comfy sofa while watching your favourite programme on the Smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob fridge/freezer microwave dishwasher and washing machine which is perfect for trying out new recipes or old family favourites. All three bedrooms are accessed from the hall there is a king-size twin and single bedroom. There is also a family bathroom with a shower over bath and WC. Venturing outside you will find off-road parking for two cars which is a definite plus for this popular village. From the driveway are a few steps up onto the enclosed decking with outside seating and gas BBQ a perfect suntrap.
