The neighbouring village of Briston is situated just 2 miles away and is a convenient place to pop over to for stocking up on supplies as it boasts a bakery butcher s shop and greengrocers as well as small village shop. For more choice of places to eat and shop head to the beautiful Georgian market town of Holt just 4 miles away. The nearest beach can be found in Cley some eight miles away whilst the vast sandy beaches of Wells-next-the-Sea Holkham and Cromer can all be reached within a fifteen-mile drive. A warm welcome awaits in this detached cottage offering an array of attractive original features such as the beamed ceiling and brick fireplace with a warming wood burner-effect gas fire in the lounge. Comfortable sofa seating here gives guests a cosy place to relax in front of the TV/DVD whilst leisurely meals can be enjoyed in the separate dining room. The kitchen has been finished in a pretty country style and comes equipped with a range of equipment including an oven hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. A double bedroom and a shower room with WC can also be found on the ground floor whilst the main bathroom with its roll-top bath handheld shower and WC can be found upstairs on the first floor which is accessed by wooden cottage-style stairs from the dining room. The remaining two bedrooms a second double room and a homely twin room are also situated on the first floor. The cottage s garden is a pleasant place to relax and unwind benefitting from attractive lawns which are overlooked by a patio terrace with garden furniture. There is parking available.
