Perfectly situated on the banks of the River Fowey the property is close to the ancient port of Fowey. The coastal village of Polruan is a short drive away with a passenger ferry linking the two. Only slightly further afield days out can include trips to Looe and Polperro to the east and Mevagissey to the west. Pretty Lostwithiel is also well worth a visit and here you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to boutique interior shops and antiques emporiums. Walkers will be in their element due to direct access onto a public footpath and the South West Coast Path nearby. Other attractions accessible from here include the Eden Project The Lost Gardens of Heligan Charlestown and numerous National Trust properties. Step inside this delightful property via the external staircase and you will then find that all of the accommodation is handily arranged on one level. The largest area comprises of a beautifully light and airy lounge/kitchen/diner.
