The lovely coastal town of Wells-next-the-Sea offers a busy quayside where you can watch the fishing boats come in to land their catch. There are plenty of pubs shops and restaurants to enjoy as well as a fantastic beach bordered by pine woodland and traditional seaside attractions including the Wells and Walsingham miniature railway. Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty Wells is ideally place for exploring more than 45 miles of breath-taking coast and stunning countryside. Among the many local attractions are the Broads National Park Holkham Hall Pensthorpe Natural Park the royal residence of Sandringham House and the Titchwell Marsh RSPB Reserve or you could enjoy a trip to see the seals at Blakeney Point. On entering this charming and traditional holiday cottage you will find yourself in the snug and welcoming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With plenty of comfy seating TV/DVD and a wood burner effect electric fire the peaceful and inviting lounge is a perfect space to relax in at the end of the day. You will also find a charming dining area and the kitchen is fully equipped with a double electric oven and hob microwave and fridge with ice compartment. There is also a shower room complete with a walk-in shower and WC. Going up via the fairly steep cottage style stairs you will find a spacious double bedroom on the first floor which has charming views down the road to the quayside. Heading up the steep stairs to the second floor you will find a comfy twin bedroom with views out across the harbour. Please note that this room features a sloping ceiling. Stepping outside you can relax and unwind in a small fenced and paved area with table and chairs. Private off-road parking is available outside the cottage for one car.
