About Landkey Holiday Cottage

This property is situated in the village of Landkey where visitors will find a pub shop and a post office. The immediate area offers superb walking with a network of delightful footpaths straight from the village. Exmoor National Park is nearby and offers marvellous scenery. For those looking for a traditional seaside holiday there is a choice of lovely beaches within driving distance of the property including Westward Ho! Saunton Sands and Croyde. Also there are a range of popular attractions to suit all tastes including Exmoor Zoo Broomhill Sculpture Garden Watermouth Castle and Arlington Court amongst many others and for the kids Quince Honey Farm Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park and much more. This delightful semi-detached cottage has an airy feel throughout thanks to the light filled rooms most boasting countryside views. Step into the cottage where you will find a useful cupboard to hang coats or store muddy boots after a walk in the countryside there is also a useful separate WC here too. Enter straight into the kitchen with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/ freezer Expresso coffee machine dishwasher and washing machine. From here enter the spacious dining room with feature Rayburn and a couple of easy chairs too which is perfect for curling up in with your favourite book. The cosy lounge also enjoys views over the garden and has a TV/DVD and is a perfect place for watching your favourite movie together. There is also a small hallway in between these two rooms with a door opening into the enclosed garden. Heading up the stairs there are three bedrooms two king-size both enjoying countryside views and a single bedroom. There is also a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Stepping outside you can relax at the end of a great day in the enclosed garden with seating and BBQ and enjoy the far-reaching countryside views with a spot of al fresco dining.
