Located in the centre of pretty village of Cartmel with its quaint cobbled streets and delightful stream-side walks. Explore the 12th century priory. Take advantage of the array of charming shops pubs and two renowned starred restaurants; a wonderful destination for foodies. The famous racecourse with its nine race meets a year is on the doorstep and has a fantastic atmosphere and is a fun day out. A little further afield why not visit the Campbell Legend Bluebird Exhibition the Lakeland Motor Museum or the spectacular gardens at Holker Hall. A trip to Lake Windermere is a must and only 20 minute drive by car. Venture through the front door and you find yourself in the generous hallway and if you have forgotten your welly boots you will find a pair to fit along with spare socks. After a busy day exploring relax on the hall sofa off with those walking boots and head up to the loft style lounge/kitchen/diner and relax. Prepare a meal together in the well-equipped kitchen with twin ovens and induction hob fridge/freezer and dishwasher to do the hard work. Chill the wine in the cooler and enjoy discussing the next day s adventure over dinner. Sink into the sofa and enjoy watching a favourite film or programme on the Smart TV with Sky Sports package and Sonos sound bar.
