Located in the Glaven valley one of the most popular areas of rural Norfolk this property is ideal for long walks and is only a short drive away from the coastal villages of Cley and Blakeney. Cley Marshes are a superb area for bird watching. Also just a short drive away you can discover Holt which is full of independent boutique shops restaurants tea rooms and characteristic pubs. Upon entering the cottage you will find a cosy lounge/diner the perfect place to relax on either the sofa or two arm chairs in front of the wood burner and a TV/DVD. The dining area has a dining table with seating for up to four guests with access to the garden here too. Heading back towards the entrance you will enter into a well-equipped kitchen featuring an electric oven and hob microwave washing machine and even a bread maker. From the kitchen you can make your way to the first floor via steep cottage style staircase where you will find two bedrooms to rest your head after a long day exploring a twin and a double also on this floor you will find the bathroom featuring a shower over bath and WC. Heading outside to the rear of the property is an enclosed south facing patio with garden furniture to enjoy a summers evening relaxing with a glass of wine.
