Set in a quiet courtyard in the heart of the city centre this property is under half a mile from York s top attractions. Walk the city walls browse the cobbled streets of The Shambles relax on the grass of Dean s Park or stop for a bite to eat at world-famous Betty s Tea Rooms. Escape the city for a day and head 25 miles north to the breathtaking North York Moors National Park perfect for blowing away the cobwebs. This area of Yorkshire is also home to a string of charming market towns including Harrogate (22 miles) to the west and Thirsk (25 miles) to the north. Inside a spacious and open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is at the heart of this home. One wall is lined with stylish and contemporary duck-egg kitchen units topped with chunky wooden work surfaces and every appliance and utensil you could need. Dine at the circular table nearby before settling down for a relaxing evening of TV or film on the cosy L-shaped sofa.
