About Marhamchurch Holiday Cottage

This detached stylish house is situated in a small cul-de-sac on the edge of the popular village of Marhamchurch with a shop and popular family pub serving good food within a short stroll. The long sandy surfing beaches of Bude and Widemouth Bay are a short drive the local town of Bude offers a wide range of shops pubs and restaurants and you will also be close to a wealth of attractions to suit all tastes which include the Bude Canal Splashpool and Clovelly with its steep cobbled streets The Milky Way Adventure Park and much more. As you enter this beautifully furnished property you will find yourself in the entrance porch a useful place to store sandy shoes after a day on the beach. From here head into the hall and then into the lounge where you can sink into the comfy sofas and watch a movie together on the TV. There are double doors in the lounge that open into the light and airy kitchen/diner or it can also be accessed from the hall. The well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob microwave coffee machine wine cooler and dishwasher and is the perfect place to cook up a storm for the family. In the dining area there is a TV and French doors opening into the enclosed garden. Also on the ground floor is the utility room with fridge/freezer and washing machine and access to a useful separate WC. From here there is access to the garage which has been transformed into a games room with pool table perfect to keep the kids entertained or it can be used as a great place to store bikes and surf boards. Completing the ground floor is a double bedroom ideal for one but can accommodate two guests. Head upstairs to the first floor where you will find the further three bedrooms the master bedroom is a king-size with TV and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC there is a second king-size and a bunk bedroom. The shower room with shower and WC completes the accommodation. Stepping outside from the utility room or French doors in the dining area you will find the private enclosed garden with seating area a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee and plan the day ahead or enjoy a BBQ in the evenings. At the front of the property is off-road parking for two cars.
