The cottage which was completely renovated in 2018 is located in Sharrington which is a small village on the edge of the Glaven Valley. Situated between Holt and Fakenham and offering an ideal location from which to explore the whole of north Norfolk. The coast is just a short drive and there are plenty of attractions to suit all tastes many of which are situated in the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty including The National Trusts Felbrigg Hall Gardens and Estate Blakeney National Nature Reserve and Holkham Bay. There is also the Happisburgh Lighthouse The Thursford Collection Amazona Zoo to visit or why not partake in a round of golf at the local courses. Stepping into the property you enter the lounge/diner where you can cosy up on the comfy sofas in front of the wood burner and watch your favourite film on the TV. It is also the ideal place to have your family meals and plan your days activities around the table. Moving on through you come to the kitchen which is well-equipped with electric oven and hob microwave fridge with ice compartment and washing machine and where you can create delicious meals with your locally brought produce. Taking a further flight of steep cottage stairs up to the second floor where you will find the double bedroom which has lovely views out over the surrounding fields. Moving outside and across the parking area you will come to the garden which is enclosed by a fence and has table and chairs to allow you to enjoy some al fresco dining and star gazing. There is private parking available at the property for two cars.
