The village is situated on the outskirts of the Peak District National Park. Sudbury Hall and the Museum of Childhood is very close by and offers a fascinating insight into days gone by. The market town of Ashbourne is within driving distance and with its narrow-cobbled alleys it is something of a haven for antique hunters boasting superb shops as well as a variety of good pubs and restaurants. The Dove and Manifold Valleys are also nearby and both Carsington Water and Alton Towers are within easy range making this a wonderful location for relaxation and enjoyment all year round. Step into the beautifully presented lounge and feel immediately at home among the plush soft greys and whites presented in the decor and furnishings. Relax with a loved one here with something good on the TV with your feet up on the sofa. The kitchen/diner provides everything you need such as an electric oven and hob fridge/freezer microwave dishwasher and washing machine with a light and airy colour scheme and a contemporary breakfast bar. Completing the ground floor is the separate WC. Upstairs on the first floor the king-size bedroom is stylishly furnished keeping in tone with the rest of the accommodation also on this floor is a pleasantly designed bathroom which boasts a wonderful shower over bath and WC. There is also a stylish dressing room ideal for getting ready for the day ahead. Outside to the rear of the property is an extended lawn and a delightful patio area with furniture to sit out and enjoy a sunny evening dining alfresco. There is also off-road parking for one car.
