This superb barn is ideally located in the county of Wiltshire and provides an excellent base to explore the abundance of activities and attractions on offer nearby. Located just off the A36 there are easily accessible day trips just around the corner including Stonehenge Longleat House Longleat Safari and Salisbury to mention a few. Location wise you re spoilt for choice as you can explore Bath Dorset Bristol and all the surrounding counties you will need to return to fit it all in. If all this sounds too exhausting a day relaxing at the property will leave you refreshed and well rested. Upon entering this beautiful property you can t help but look up and admire the stunning beams and the high ceilings which flood the property with natural light and soak up the stylish decor. The first room you ll enter is the lounge the perfect space to bring everyone together on the comfy sofas and chairs and come wintertime relax in front of the warming wood burner. Moving from the lounge towards the right of the property is a very impressive open-plan kitchen/diner the perfect spot to entertain the kitchen area features a centre island and is equipped with an electric oven and induction hob microwave dishwasher wine cooler and American style fridge/freezer with an ice machine. Behind the dining area is a separate WC and a utility room where the washing machine and tumble dryer can be found also the ideal space to store muddy boots and a sleeping area for the dogs. Walking back through the lounge you ll come to another sitting area housing the TV with Sky HD sports and movies package and plenty of reading material. The last room on the ground floor is an impressive super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request) perfectly designed with wider doors and an en-suite wet room where a ramp can be provided on request. The outside space runs around the whole of the property south facing is a beautiful paved area with outside furniture and a charcoal BBQ easily accessed from the dining area. Morning coffee is ideal on the east facing terrace and as the day comes to an end the west facing terrace is perfect for an evening drink. There is also a covered games area with table tennis.
