Set at the top of a quaint street and is just a few steps from the heart of Bradford-on-Avon. Location wise you couldn t ask for much more a short walk is the town centre with shops cafes and a selection of restaurants and pubs. Bradford-on-Avon makes a wonderful base to explore Wiltshire and the Cotswolds and is a short drive to the historic city of Bath with its famous Bath Spas theatres racecourse and rugby ground. The train station is a short stroll from the property so why not catch a train to the cities of Bristol or Bath. Enjoy walks to Devizes and Bath along the canal where boat and bike hire can be arranged. Golf is close by at Cumberwell Park and local attractions include Longleat Lacock with its Abbey and gardens Stonehenge and Stourhead House and Gardens. Opening the quirky stable front door you will step into the cosy kitchen/diner with a stunning stone floor and exposed wooden beams. The kitchen is well-equipped to prepare meals with an electric oven and induction hob microwave fridge freezer washing machine and dishwasher to help with clearing up. Walking through the stone archway you will find yourself in the lounge the perfect spot to relax on the comfy sofa s watch some TV and listen to the crackles of the wood from the warming wood burner. Heading back into the kitchen/diner you will find the curved staircase leading to the first floor. There are two rooms to choose from both are king-size and have views over the front of the property. The last room completing the accommodation is the bright and airy bathroom with a shower over bath and WC. The outside area is pretty and can be directly accessed from the French doors in the lounge the paved area that is shared access and a a grassed area perfect to let the dogs run free and has an apple and pear tree. There is roadside parking for unloading subject to availability and several nearby public car parks in the town.
