Impressive detached house sat in an elevated position with fabulous views over Exeter Dartmoor and countryside reaching stoke woods and Blackdown hills. Just a short drive will bring you into Exeter city centre where you will find an abundance of shops pubs and restaurants for you to explore in addition to the historic cathedral. Perfect for nature lovers with walks to explore and the RSPB Reserve nearby that is home to many water birds. Take the passenger ferry across the Exe estuary for a pleasant walk and bite to eat at one of two idyllic waterside pubs the Goat walk beside the River Exe offers splendid views and sunsets. Sidmouth Exmouth and Budleigh beaches on the South Coast are only a short drive away.. Enter through gates onto a large drive. The entrance opens into the hall hall with cloakroom and cupboard space to store shoes along with a handy WC. Off to your left is the lounge with comfy reclining sofas a feature window seat and a characterful brick fireplace with wood burner making this this a warm and welcoming room curl up and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV/DVD after a busy day exploring. Heading back to the hallway which leads you through to a stunning open-plan kitchen/diner with bi-folding doors opening out onto the large level lawn and gorgeous vista across the open countryside.
