Visit the cathedral and its tiny museum and browse in the oldest private library in Scotland. Walk beside the Allan Water river and stop for a picnic perhaps. Spend time in Stirling about 9 miles away with its old town and medieval castle high up on craggy volcanic rock. Your single-storey home extends a warm welcome from the moment you enter. Relax in your open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge with its beautiful oak floor. Settle on the comfortable seating to watch TV read a book or plan the next day s activities. Prepare a meal with fresh produce picked up in Dunblane and choose to sit down to eat together at the dining table or breakfast bar. Please note the main road leading up to the property is mostly single track and can be prone to ice and snow in the Winter months. 4x4 vehicles may be required for the sloping driveway up to the house.
