This luxuriously furnished 4 bedroom, 2-storey villa in Sandy Ridge is located just 5 minutes drive from junction 58 of Interstate 4, and is convenient for Orlando and Sanford airports. Sandy Ridge is a brand new development, which has been attractively designed and provides a tranquil retreat after a hectic day at the parks and attractions.

There are 2 master bedrooms (both ensuite) and 2 twin bedrooms, which share a family bathroom. All bedrooms have cable TV. The spacious lounge / dining room has a sofa bed, cable TV, DVD, Playstation 2 & Internet access. The fully fitted kitchen has an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and full kitchen equipment to prepare meals. There is also a utility room, which has a washer and dryer. With the sofa bed in the lounge, the house can sleep 10 people.

After a day at the parks relax in the large, private, heated, screened pool, which has a Jacuzzi spa. The patio is south facing and is perfect for having some cold drinks on while watching the sun go down. There is also a games room with pool, table tennis, air hockey and a dartboard.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and also has ceiling fans. All linen and towels are provided and local phone calls are free. The pool has a child safety fence, and a cot and high chair can be provided. There is also a small children’s playground a couple of minutes walk away.<
