Carmen 2 is located just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, on the outskirts of the town. Quiet and peaceful, yet only ten minutes from the larger resorts such as Alanya, the apartment has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out. Buses run every 5 minutes and are cheap.

The apartment benefits from a pool, with a shallow pool perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony overlooking the pool and tennis courts. With one double and one twin bedroom both with balconies the apartment is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay

Alanya has an extremely warm climate with an average of 320 days of sunshine a year. Known as the Turkish Riviera it not only boasts miles of beaches but also a backdrop of the beautiful Taurus mountains. This makes it possible to ski in the mornings and sunbathe on the beach in the afternoons.

A 13th-century Seljuk fortress - one of the most magnificent sights on the coast - crowns the headland. About 150 towers punctuate the walls of the well preserved, double walled citadel.

If the intense sun overpowers you, take a day trip to the Dim Cay Valley, 15km east of Alanya, where you can relax in the shade of this scenic valley and enjoy a Picnic, or the floating restaurants while listening
