About 123 Jumilia Holiday Villa

 The property is in good condition and is aimed at families. It was bought as a holiday home for me and my wife and our two boys who are 1 & 3. The property can be split into two for families there is a double bedroom and a double with a single as well on the downstairs and there is a door that can be closed to block off the stairs leading to the other double bedroom with en-suite and the roof terrace.

The area itself offers many bars, restaurants and shops. It is a short walk to a massive Saturday market and the beach is about a 25 minute walk. The two swimming pools are within 150 yards of the property and are key access for residents of the community only meaning that there is always only a handful of people in these pools.

The two nearest airports are Murcia which is about 25 minute drive and Alicante which is about 45 minutes away from the villa.

Driving is also an option we use. Usually costs us about 5 tanks of Diesel and a few hundred Euro's in tolls. It is roughly 20 hours from Calais.
