The patio from the lounge area looking towards the sea is perfect for BBQ's and watching the sun go down with a cold drink. From a corridor is the large bathroom with bath tub, and two double bedrooms, both with patio doors leading to balconies overlooking the shared garden area.To the front is a rose garden, to the back is a large garden planted by the landlord and if desired, by the tenants, with vegetables and flowers according to the season. There is private off road parking provided, and also central heating, TV ariel, air conditioning in the lounge and fitted wardrobes for plenty of storage space.
