These barns are a short drive to pleasant range of beaches sheltered coves and fishing villages as well as visitor attractions to suit all tastes which include the Eden Project Lanhydrock mountain bike trails the Tall Ships at Charlestown the Lost Gardens of Heligan numerous National Trust properties and gardens. Also spend time exploring the fishing villages of Fowey Looe and Polperro. In the evenings enjoy some lovely walks direct from the property relax in the enclosed garden or visit one of the local family pubs serving good food and drink. On entering this impressive annexe accommodation down a wide and shallow staircase (with handrail) you will notice that the building is attached to another holiday accommodation (see CARMI). The interior presents an open-plan space that consists of a lounge/kitchen/sleeping area with underfloor heating throughout. The lounge area contains ample seating and a TV/DVD. The kitchen area offers all you could need to cook up a storm on your self-catering holiday. It offers an oven and gas hob fridge with ice compartment washing machine and microwave. Towards the rear of the annexe is a bedroom area with king-size bed and wardrobe. The bathroom is nearby with a shower over bath and WC. Step outside the property into an enclosed patio/garden area overlooking farm fields and the open countryside beyond which comes equipped with outdoor furniture and BBQ to enjoy some al fresco dining. The farm has excellent on site seasonal facilities where you can arrange to help feed the animals including pigs lambs chickens and also collect eggs for your breakfast. There is also ample parking close to the property.
