The forest surrounding the property is a haven for wildlife and offers a range of walks straight from your front door. Tottiford Trenchford and Kennick reservoirs are all within walking distance or a short drive away with National Trust properties nearby. Easy access onto Dartmoor highlights such as Haytor Houndtor and Widdecombe-on-the-Moor. Visit beautiful coastal locations such as Teignmouth Shaldon Torquay and Dartmouth. The cathedral city of Exeter is just a 30 minute drive away or why not take a scenic railway journey there from Newton Abbot train station. This charming ground floor apartment which forms part of the main farmhouse offers open plan living space and a king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC. Enjoy wildlife observing birds feeding just outside your window. Wi-fi is available and the cottage has a 32-inch Freeview TV and DVD Player. The games barn (new for 2019) has bi-fold doors which can be fully opened in good weather and a large wood-burning stove for the cooler evenings.
