Situated in the pretty Cornish village of Lanreath this cottage is within walking distance of the village shop and only 2 miles from the nearest pub. A walker s paradise the village is surrounded by a selection of footpaths and trails while the beautiful south coast and its secluded coves and quaint fishing villages are all within a short drive. Jump in the car for 6 miles and you ll reach the fishing resort of Looe the perfect place to embark on a fishing trip or browse the independent shops and cafes. Inside this quaint cottage exudes charm throughout with exposed stone walls ceiling beams and slanted ceilings. The first floor open-plan kitchen/lounge/diner makes for a sociable stay. In the kitchen area you will find an electric oven and hob microwave fridge and dining table while an external utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. Once you have finished your meals retreat to the cosy sitting area and unwind while making the most of the TV/DVD. There is a king-size double bedroom on the ground floor which features exposed beams and a wall mounted TV. The shower room is also located on the ground floor while the single bedroom is upstairs. The cottage is set within a shared garden with a seating area to the front of the property a peaceful and sunny spot in which to relax with a drink or BBQ and enjoy the fragrant aromas from the nearby flowerbeds.
