This property is located in the small village of Lee Bay which enjoys a scenic spot on Devon s northern coastline. Within walking distance of the property is a picturesque sand and shingle beach which is surrounded by imposing cliffs to either side. Just three miles to the east of the property is the popular resort town of Ilfracombe which has plenty of attractions for visitors to enjoy including the town s aquarium Tunnels Beach a bustling harbour and Watermouth Castle which is now home to a family-friendly theme park. Meanwhile a short drive to the west of the property brings guests to a magnificent stretch of coastline with a number of wonderful sandy beaches including those at Woolacombe and Croyde. Access to this property is via a set of external stone stairs and guests are advised to take care at all times. On entering this attractive property guests will discover the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner a welcoming space with a cosy homely feel thanks to the exposed beams and stone fireplace with warming wood burner. Outside the property benefits from a pretty garden with a decked patio area BBQ and garden furniture: the perfect space to enjoy the attractive surroundings. There is allocated parking across the road from the property which is shared with the sister property next door. Need to know: 1 double bedroom. Bathroom with bath, shower, and WC. TV, DVD.
