Situated on the River Torridge the popular sandy beach at Instow is on your doorstep. There s a selection of pubs and restaurants to enjoy. You can join The Tarka Trail which is perfect for walkers and cyclists and offers some lovely riverside views. Venturing further afield you can explore North Devon s many attractions including a range of surfing beaches Tapeley Park The Big Sheep The Milky Way Adventure Park and the many National Trust properties in the area such as Arlington Court. You could board the MS Oldenburg for a day trip to Lundy Island visit the picturesque town of Ilfracombe or simply relax in the evenings and enjoy village hospitality in the local pub. On entering this property set out over 3 floors you will find yourself in the spacious and welcoming lounge an ideal space to relax in with TV/DVD and wood burner. The grand hallway provides access to the rest of the rooms on this floor including the snug area. The dining room is ideal whether you re enjoying a special meal or grabbing a snack. Heading into the elegant kitchen you will find everything you may need including oven hob Rayburn dishwasher washing machine fridge freezer microwave and additional seating. This leads to the patio to the rear of the property. Stairs lead down to a cosy second lounge in the basement with TV and a low ceiling. Here you will find a TV and a choice of games as well as a sofa bed. Heading up to the first floor you will find a comfortable double bedroom with TV and en-suite shower. There is also a separate shower room with WC on this floor. The master super-king-size bedroom with beach view and Smart TV is on the second floor accessed via the en-suite bathroom. This is also where you will find the cosy twin bedroom with sea views. Stepping outside you can fire up the gas BBQ and relax at the end of an enjoyable day in the privacy of the enclosed and furnished patio area. Roadside parking is available or you can use the pay-and-display car park nearby.
