Nearby Bovey Tracy offers a selection of shops restaurants and pubs as well as The House of Marbles and Devon Guild of Craftsmen. Once you ve explored Dartmoor the South Devon coast beckons. Dawlish Warren part of the Exe estuary is a favourite with wildlife enthusiasts and Teignmouth offers a traditional seaside experience with its Victorian pier. Brixham 20 miles away is a busy fishing town a good choice if you re after a boat charter. There is a patio area BBQ garden furniture access to a large orchard and a lovely wildlife pond (take care with children).
