BARN IN A PICTURESQUE TRANQUIL SETTING This cosy barn conversion located in Tunstead is all on one level situated next door to the owners and has a small fenced pond and ducks ideal for the children to feed. Perfectly situated with surrounding footpaths and country lanes for walking and cycling. Only a short distance to a shop and licensed restaurant also Wroxham Barns with craft stalls small animal farm and play area. Wroxham the capital of the Broads is 3 miles away or a 30 minute walk along footpaths for shopping or hiring a day boat to cruise the miles of magical waterways with charming villages and historic churches plus is a haven for anglers. Catch the Bure Valley steam train from Wroxham to Aylsham or take an organised river trip on a paddle steamer and for nature lovers How Hill nature reserve. Miles of long sandy beaches at Sea Palling and Waxham within 9 miles. Norwich is 12 miles with restaurants theatres museums and a castle. Games facilities: darts pool table and table tennis available. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 bunk bedroom with full size bunk beds. Bathroom. Lounge: with Flatscreen TV with built in DVD player iPod dock and woodburner (logs provided by the owner) Kitchen/diner: with electric oven fridge with freezer compartment washing machine and microwave. Outside: enclosed patio area with seating and large garden shared with the owner and access to the play field ideal for children to play.
